Beavers

7th Swanley Beavers' membership is open to both boys and girls between the ages of 6-8 years.

Our Beaver Team Leader is Luciana Ferreira and she is supported by Kirsty Smith and Alex Partridge.

We meet during school terms on a Tuesday between 18:00-19:15. We do not meet during school holiday periods.

What do we do at Beavers?

Exploring the outdoors: We take part in activities like nature walks, building dens, and exploring local parks and nature reserves.
Mastering new skills: We learn essential life skills like cooking, cycling, and first aid, while also trying new activities like crafts and sports.
Having fun and making friends: Our meetings are designed to be enjoyable, with opportunities for playing games, singing songs, and engaging in creative activities.
Helping others: We learn the importance of community service and we try to take part in local initiatives and assist with fundraising.
Experiencing adventures: We go on trips, sleepovers, and even camps, where we get the chance to experience new environments and build confidence
